Major Service Center or One Stop Service Centre (OSCC) was established to provide our customers for the convenience of our privilege customer to lodge a complaint and also questions about the system which has been installed at customer’s places.
It also provides information to us to act in a systematic and effective way to ensure that the complaints and inquiries can be resolved within the specified time. It is also consistent with the future status of this company to receive ISO certification: 9001 (2008) at the end of 2011.
OSCC in operation for 24 hours and 7days a week will be located at our headquarters at

70300 Seremban, N. Sembilan.
